Consultation only — no deposit
We examine as much of the mouth as can be seen while your pet is awake, and explain which tests and treatment are likely to be needed. You can book with no deposit.
Dental consultations are scheduled around dental surgeries already booked. Call us and we will tell you what times are available.
Consultation + treatment on the day — KRW 100,000 deposit
If you would like the consultation and the treatment on the same visit, the booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid. The deposit is deducted from the treatment fee.
After paying, please call 041-562-1220 or message us on KakaoTalk.
If the depositor's name differs from the owner's name, please tell us so we can match the payment.
Dental appointment information
At Doctors your pet is seen by Dr. Kim Gu-cheol, a dentist who is also a veterinarian.
Dental care is divided into the dental consultation and the treatment itself, carried out under anaesthesia. A consultation-only booking carries no deposit; to have both on the same day, the booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid.
Two dental procedure slots each day

No dental care on Mondays
Monday is Dr. Kim Gu-cheol's day off, so dental appointments are not available. General consultations run as normal.
How to prepare for the day of treatment
Fast for at least 6 hours
Please ensure that your pet has fasted for at least 6 hours before treatment. Water is allowed. Food remaining in the stomach during anaesthesia may be regurgitated and can lead to aspiration pneumonia.
Tell us how your pet has been
If there has been vomiting, diarrhoea, loss of appetite or lethargy in the past two days, please tell us. Unless the surgery is urgent, we proceed when your pet is in good condition.
Medication and anaesthesia history
Please tell us about drug allergies, current medication, or any adverse reaction during a previous anaesthetic. If you have test results from another clinic, bringing them with you helps.
Changing a booking and refunding the deposit
There are only two dental surgery slots a day. When a booking goes unused, another animal loses the chance to be treated in that time. That is the reason for the policy.
To change a booking, please contact us at least one day in advance and we will rearrange it.
